I ordered a mask with corrective lenses from scuba.com last year and am thrilled with it. I got the Tusa Liberator One (SKU 027491) which was $40 and each lens was $25 for a total of $90.

Best dang $100 bucks I spent on dive equipment, ever. There are other suppliers of course, but I have had great experience with these folks.
