Yo, Mooch, what time? about 9 or 10 (after rescuing all those puppies on the highway)? I'm going to TRY to be there around 7:30 or 8, fish for a bit or more, and then go to my favorite winery to pick up a bottle or two (before they close at 5). See ya on the water!

I was actually thinking about heading out there tomorrow to fish from the bank.  Yes, I said from the bank.  I just traded in my FJ cruiser for a Cheaper, better MPG Scion XB.  I haven't bought a roof rack yet and I am nervous about putting it on the roof without a rack.  I guess the blurry avatar was foresight of what was to come.  I will miss that FJ.  Oh well, the new car will save me $$$ to buy fishing gear! 

You might see me on the bank near the Hetch Hetchy campground.

Just had an idea.  Maybe I should get a float tube while waiting for the roof rack.  You never know, I could start catching fat overgrown largemouth like Mr. Compa!

Good luck boys and girls.  I could have gone today but I am banking my WAF for when the water clears up.

Instead, I'm off to Giant's FanFest.  Oddly enought, this is WAF friendly but fishing is not, even though both are done without the family.  Go figure.   Maybe because FanFest comes only once a year but I want to go fishing EVERYDAY!
