Fished the out-go from 8 'til noon. Used roe, pile worms, jumbo minnows and cut bait for nada. Conditions were good with a tiny bit of wind later on.
One PB had a brief hook up. That was all I heard about.

Tote-

Way to give it a good try out there. I don't think that the tides were that great for dinos but, you won't catch one if you don't try. February tides look pretty good though... as long as it's not too cold.

Thanks for the pics&port Mike! can't set a the hook, if a bait ain't soakin!
The fish report in the local paper(last thurs.) said the water was too cold in the Delta=lethargic fish.
I'm thinkin bout this SUNDAY for my FIRST ATTEMPT of the year......maybe Chinacamp or OakAirPort.

Yea the water was cold. I didn't guage an actual temp other than sticking my fingers in the water and saying, '"Damn, that's cold for this stretch."
The only reason I didn't try CC was because of the wind and I had to be back in town to sign some papers at 3:30.
