Finally got things wrapped up with the nice folks at the GCC...so here are the 2008 dates:

CSBA is on May 3rd.  We must show in mass so a kayak HAS to win this year!

Elk IV is August 1st thru the 3rd.  I will provide ample warning for signups.  Get ready!!!

BAM IV is October 3rd thru the 5th. Lets make this the BIGGEST event on NorCal history and break the 100 kayak mark in 08!!!

Signups will be on my new site in a few weeks.  Mark your calendars NOW!

this one is at Lake Mendo and there is a handfull of us that pair-up in the Bu-Shay? campsites(hopefully the waterfront sites will be available to use) It is pre-reg. time of year then so call and set up campsites in advance.....(as it gets closer, it will fill up with PB's too)

Only campsite reservations I found so far is the Kyen Campground on the north shore of the lake. Is that where the group gets together?

That's the one I have Site #81 camps in the low eighties and the seventies are in the same loop  75,77,79 are waterfront.
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Thanks, Mike, Adam. I'm going to go ahead and reserve a campsite for BAM. Not sure yet about CSBA.

I'm still new and a little bit confussed. "BAM IV" is for the norcal sight tournament right? And CSBA you must be a bass assoiation member and pay the dues, right? Sean, can you set out the regs and all for us and maybe the "Guests" that come to the site can understand it all and have them also join the "MADNESS"

I'm not Sean, but could shed some kilght on the confusion.....
BAM IV is in fall and held at LakeMendocino (Bendo at Mendo=BAM) group site

The CSBA tourney is also held at Lake Mendocino and is "OPEN" for all. You will pay to enter the tournament and the fees include your one year membership into the CSBA(no stickers available at time of press)
