I just finished up tying a bunch of egg loops for both salmon and steelhead. I stowed them in my leader holder and now I just need rain.

Anyone else chomping at the bit?

Sweet... I'm really exited to give this a try this year.

Here's another dandy little leader holder that I came across this past season... the Newell Tanglefree.

Very simple, very clever, and very effective.  Works like a charm.  Available at http://www.charkbait.com/cs/csrn.htm

They sure look sweet and shiney Dan, but is that all that is needed to get one?  just a bare hook and bead?  do you tie a three-way swivel and slinkey weight?     that looks like it will be snaggin stuff for sure...like submergred stuff!   no wonder i haven't tried this yet......until one of yous' get one that is!    nice TIE JOB!!
