Contacted this guy.  Seems to be a cool cat.  The Outback is an '06 but missing the foldable rudder!?!?     Didn't get the scoop as to why.

He upgraded from the OB to an Adventure before getting the Adventure Island and thus the reason for wanting to ditch the OB.
