Help...Differnces Between SMR, SMP and SMCA

So can you not take fish in any of these areas or what? I'm confused. What are the differences...in plain english.

They can define these just about anyway they want, but in general..

SMR (State Marine Reserve) = no fishing
SMP (State Marine Park) = recreational fishing generally allowed buy no commercial fishing
SMCA (State Marine Conservation Area) = recreational fishing and some commercial fishing allowed

However, in an SMP or SMCA they may set other restrictions like "only salmon fishing allowed".
