I am trying to find a summary of the Golden Mussel restrictions for kayaks in Northern California waters.
For example:
Pardee - closed to all vessels.
Camanche - currently closed to all vessels - opening in May with restrictions

Is anyone aware of such a listing?

thanks,

Barry
