Were you able to get to the water without a 4WD?

Roger that. Seemed like the local yahoos did a great job "marking" the mud holes  :smt002

pic1~ the 20lb'er that measured 29" and fought like a DEMON!

Holy Huge A** Mendo Striper! Hey Adam were you so stunned you couldn't get the knife in your mouth for the photo op, or was your mouth stuck in the WOW position and unable to grip the knife?????  :smt044

Man, I wish I coulda been there!

John
Thanks John,We had the place to ourselves and could have squeezed ya in!
I was just kidding about the 20lbs.(we thought they were as we fought and fought them during a TRIPLE HK-UP) I kept looking up to see both Dan and Mooch getting towed as we HOOTED'nHALLER'd Like ChuckE(BAMIII Champ and fellow EBSlayer) said," they seem to school according to size, ive also read that about stripers in general, they grow-up hunting, trapping and competing (schooling) thier whole life.
....check the last shot of my "Personal Best" from MENDO. (so far) I am in FULL-ON FisHuntin MODE!

The location you suggested was really good! Hook the 2nd striper and SMB right there.
I saw crab in the stomach of the SMB, They were feeding crab?

SWEET!! Did you get them TROLLING through or DROP them DOWN?that is why I stop and TRY SO HARD to GET THEM to OPEN thier MOUTHS, when i can find them that is. I'm glad you got into them there, did you see them on the fishfinder?  I was whistling and waveing at you, for you to come over wher i was. I found a BIG SCHOOL of BIG FISH right after I saw you and had NO MINNOWS, they stole them from me.
...now for that BIGsmallie, thats what i went up there for and spent the whole time(except for when i saw Fat-Archs below me, and could NOT get one.....maybe one of these days.(beforeyearsend)
Way to find fish Jia!  and way to listen to da'FisHunters tip!  :smt044
