Some kind of waterbike, didn't get a close look it hauls a$$ has 2 kayak shaped hulls.

Got a nice 3 pound landlocker today, trolling a night crawler at 50' near the ranger station point at the dam, saw a guy in a kayak get one there also, beautiful fish, and awesome day on the lake!
