Single Burner High BTU Outdoor Stove - Recommendations?

What do y'alls like for your crab or seafood boils?  Specifically, I'm looking to cook a ton of mussels at once, and maybe do some Boiling Crab knockoff meals.

Something like this Camp Chef 60 qt model.
I'd imagine one of these turkey fryer type burners would work as well.
Price differences seem to boil down to:

• BTU/gas pressure
• burner diameter
• pot included or not

Appreciate any feedback or tips.

Home Depot got this high BTU burner for around $65.
