Never used 2020 Hobie TI and Trailex SUT-350-S trailer for $3k?

Not mine, but I saw this on Craigslist and I'm having a hard time believing that it's real. If it is real, it's a good thing that I don't have any space to park it...

I am guessing it’s a fake.  There’s no way it’s so spacious in the financial district to house a TI like that.  Great if someone gets it. 

Its a scam.  There were another craigslist post stating it is fake.  Seems like this one has been around for awhile.
