Happy Thanksgiving, from Florida

Happy Thanksgiving all 
As some of you may know, I recently got a new job and it’s in South Florida
After getting let go from my job in Monterey and let go from my relationship of almost 5 years, I needed a big change
While researching marine reverse osmosis systems, I inquired with several companies and was contacted by the recruiter with my current employer called Elite Marine A/C. They were attracted by my skill set and experience.
One of the branches of the company is called SpotZero, they make marine desalination and water purification equipment. Turning saltwater into potable water and purifying fresh water so it doesn’t leave water spots when it dries on small boats and very large yachts in the hot Florida sun.
I’ve been here since the beginning of October, gained residency, got my fishing license and went out surf fishing a week ago, caught a small yellow jack crevalle.
I did bring my Ocean Kayak but with all the chores it takes getting settled I haven’t taken it for a paddle yet. I will soon and will post about it for sure. Would love to find a buddy to go out with.
My sister came down from Massachusetts to join me for the holiday and to get away from the chilly northeast, we’re having double bone stuffed pork chops for dinner.
I still have the same phone number and you can message me here, got a spare bedroom if anyone’s in the Palm Beach area. It’s a different world down here but I love the tank top weather!!
