Lingcod - Gochujang, Korean Red Chili Pepper Paste, Grilled Shish Kebab

I decided to try a new recipe tonight, Gochujang sauce Lingcod Grilled Shish Kebab.  I learned it from the following YouTube:

I had it with grilled corn and homemade kimchi.

That looks killer. Similar to the sauce I sometimes make for chicken thighs. I'm gonna try the lingcod skewer thing with it.

Good video and grub! I’ve never tried bull kelp salad. Raydon makes a killer Palm kelp salad. I’ve gotta try the Ling skewers.

Dang. I was just at that giant Korean market in Serremonte mall in SF.  This thread just reminded me that I forgot sesame oil. 

Jalgalchi was the store.  (I like H-mart better).

I’m wondering it would work with halibut or if it would break apart more. Maybe just chunks skewered straight. Don’t mean to flex, but I got a bunch of halibut to experiment with.

Errrrr uhhhhh…. not meaning to flex is flexing…you coulda just said that Mabel has a huge a stash of hali slabs and got away with it.
