It was very windy in the morning and difficult to stay on a spot.  Got 2 lingcods and 2 vermilions.  Shows my kayak setup at the end.

You've got a great grade of vermillion down there in your new home waters, Paul.  Nice job.

Good illustration of how the pool noodle can save a rod!

I also love your game face that comes out when you're fighting a fish.   :smt001

Thank you, Eric.

I have been fishing in this area for 10 years, and this year is the vermilion year.
I lost two rod/reel combos at the Bolinas due to an insufficient pool noodle amount.
After that incident, I tested the new amount in fresh water.

I think I need to improve my game face.
