Usually don’t fish the big moon but I have been waiting for the ocean to get yakable. Farmed the blacks/blues and 2 small lings. Great fishing day. Not so much on the catching

Nice stringer.  Do you think the moon makes a difference for rockfishing?

Careful on the copper rockfish. Limit is one fish.

Nice stringer.  Do you think the moon makes a difference for rockfishing?

The moon affects the tides and the tides affect the bait fish. When they're displaced, their predators have to go out of their comfort zone to eat!
