Encounter with the Law added Squid Game on the water

Since the Big Blue condition and the moon cycle was favorable, I decided to go out to Monterey in search of first squid of the year. Just as I suspected, squid were in and it was most fun day of kayak fishing of the year so far.

I'm going to guess Moo couldn't bring up his digital license on his phone or forgot it in the car. I've seen many of my buddy struggle with their license on the app.
