Helix 5 not working

It powers up but doesn't read the bottom anymore. Does it need an update?

Hard reset?  I had to send mine in and I got a new one from them but I’m sure there was a fee. 

Check also your transducer. If it bubbled up it’s toast. Had the same problem not reading bottom. Tried reset and cleaning pins then I noticed bubbling of the transducer. Bought new trans now ff Works again.
Also if transducer is the issue try not to turn FF on while on land while prepping for launch. The thing overheats.
