Thanks a bunch, Mooch! You sure know how to throw a party!

Aside from the rain and wet gear, the weekend was filled with lots of awesome food and incredible camaraderie. Saturday night was like Comedy Central around the campfire--gotta love this group! I met lots of new-to-me people, learned some new fishing techniques, and even caught my signature hotdog-bun-sized trout. The pix are minimal because I spent most of my time on the water fishing and paddling, but I've attached a few.

I do hope this trip becomes an annual event!

Would also like to thank Joel for organizing this event, great job and my hats off to all the cooks assume food. My wife Sara and I got there on Saturday, you could not have asked for a nicer day I missed out on the Friday rain storm (darn) but kudos to those who did bare the weather. Would also like to thank all of you for making Sara and I fill welcome. Good food and great people, you can’t ask for much more then that.

Looks like I missed a fun time driving back from Tahoe. I'm glad to see that it appears to have been pulled off in the traditional NCKA style of lots of fantastic food & comraderie. Way to do it up right folks.

Nice job Joel! Plenty to eat, plenty of friends what more could one ask for. Pat,Sara,Dan and Jeff thanks for the assist with the Kayaks oh and Scott. Great to meet up with all the new folks and all the friends that attended. From all I gathered missing Fri. was an experience that you all did well without me ;). But the wheather was great the next two days.
ChuckE Aki must have been a spiritual adviser in another life. Aki was definitely a great addition to the group.
Ben fun playing the guitar lake side and watching you scramble for your rod was alot of fun too. Just wish Joel didn't scare that spider with all that Man screaming....

Sara thanks for making me fill a little more sane with your experience in raising your daughter...My Name is Frank and I am a parent talk helped immensely
