I was hoping to make a day trip out of it but other things came up.
Trout are supposed to be at 20'-40' deep right now. If no downrigger, a sliding 3 0z or 4 0z sinker rig works. 60' - 90' of line out.
I have used Quickfish and small Flickershads with scent applied.
Some large Kokanee are showing up as well. Also kings and of course bass, crappie catfish.
Good luck everyone.

We had too much fun!!! I tried to keep up with my brother in the kayaks :smt005 Now I'm downing Ibuprofen like PEZ  :smt044 Caught chiny salmon, koke's, rainbow trout, bass, crappie, even a BIG pike minnow on a whopper plopper (worm guy, Tom) even with all of that :smt004 when we saw Al's MONSTER cat slob fish, we were instantly under achievers... I'll let Al tell that epic story   :smt044 Y'all missed out for sure (except for the bathroom situation, Never bring Clam chowder to an event with only portopots and pit toilets) Quiet calm weekend with most passed out by 10 pm (Andy, we needed you there!) :smt003 Forebay next year, plan on it and let's keep the party going! :smt007
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!
