I was sitting in front of my computer at about 3:00 pm today and I heard the rain outside. I figured I had better stop waisting my time playing games, so I went up to the lake. I launched at about 3:15 and headed toward crappie cove. I got slammed two times before I made it to the cove. Both were 28" and fat. I landed another from a boil that was about 2" smaller.

It was another great short outing.

CHEERS!

Yes Shimmy it is. I do need to spend a little more time on the garage with the mini-x. I need to install some forward rod holders and maybe a couple behind the seat like on my x-factor.

I sure love that little boat!

My youngest (salmon berry) and I met Mahi Mahi at lake Bendo today 10-13 (I didnt want to make a new post.. so i put it in here).  We trolled with minnows for a few hours.  Salmon Berry hooked up and landed a 7-10 striper. (dad) got skunked.

Goes to show you we think of our selfs as Masters but can always learn from the Grasshopper(Salmon Berry)  :smt012

Dan can you stash a 5' rod in the hatch of the Mini?
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

That's a good question. I'll let you know Thursday (my day off) when I get a chance to toy around.
