Obviously right now the traps are not compliant, but is there anything else about them that isn’t within regulation?

i had a bunch that were modified to be compliant, using ones like these years back during the transition. just need a roll of the rotten cotten twine and sime pliers.  those became out of service due to corrosion.  then i grabbed these to replace them, and then traps got banned, so i bought pots. so these were just sitting. practically new.
