Hi everyone,
It’s Daniel here, new member and kayak fishing newbie! I’ve been surf fishing for about a year and finally decided to make my move on the water! I’m stacking up gear and getting some basic training, hopefully starting to be active soon. Here I hope to find tips, directions, but most importantly connections! See you on the water!

Welcome to NCKA, Daniel
You came to the right place. First, read safety tips, get safety gear, and practice self-rescue in protected water.

Thanks everyone! Yes, the safety section is super useful! I have a 2021 Hobie Outback and spent last Saturday flipping in the water like an idiot 😁
