Hi - I needed a hobby and so I decided to pick up two: kayaking and fishing. I've also never posted on a forum before....so many firsts for me.  But..I caught a 22" striper on my maiden voyage last weekend at Paradise Beach! And then learned it's not a good idea (for me) to kayak around Paradise during gale force winds (...and even though the tide was near peak of the "medium" high tide, it felt like there was a lot of current ripping through).  Looking forward to learning about kayak fishing and maybe meeting up to go out to spots
