Nice morning on Tbay. Caught a couple 30 inchers. Hog area. Didn't see any other action through and those I spoke to had zero. Only two bites so a thin sprinkling of fish.

Nice job. Something that u did sparked interest in the halibut over the other fisherman.

Swimbait jigs.

What kind of swim baits did you use ?  How’s your rig set up?  Ive never had luck using swim baits for halibut so I was curious.

Simple setup. 16 inch leader to swivel to braid. Lead jig with swimbait attached. Jig up and down and hope.
