Bay Area Kayak Fishing Newcomer

Howdy - New to the site and excited to get amongst this community. My name is Jordan Geller, I am an ocean enthusiast and NorCal native. I grew up surfing in the Bay Area and have continued to do so while also taking up spearfishing about a decade ago. I've also spent some time trout fishing in the Sierras, Idaho, and other miscellaneous spots along the way. I see kayak fishing as another great opportunity to spend more time on the water. I have a 12' peddle drive kayak but am still working on collecting the rest of my set-up, and I am sure this site will be a gold mine of information in helping me acquire the right gear for the type of fishing I'd like to do. Looking forward to learning from you all and hopefully spending some time out on the water with y'all as well.
