Laguna de Santa Rosa

My wife finally got us to get our yaks into the flooded Laguna de Santa Rosa! Launched right off Occidental rd and into the flood zone quickly and man did it not disappoint! Was overcast and had slight wind but what a beautiful area! Quick trip as I had my youngest on the back of my yak. Did some exploring but plan on going back!! If you have time.... it's well worth it!

Thanks for posting! I spent quite a bit time on that water as a teenager and young adult.

I’ve threatened to paddle that area before but never have. It looks like a neat area to do some wildlife viewing.

Thanks... Been a member since 21'. Been quite the last few months, had a big change in employment that has kept me really busy! haven't been on the yak in a min. Glad the wife got us out and exploring new area's.
