9/27 clear lake

 C-lake has been slow for the past few weeks.  Im hoping its the transition before the fall feeding frenzy. Hit the southend last night to enjoy the moon and to see if the turnover is complete.
I alternated beween a missionfish swimbait and the comfort senko. Nothing on the swimbait and a few standard issue LM with chatruse senkos wacky style. Turned a bend last night to find bait busting all over the surface. Sounded like rain and didnt stop untll dark. only saw 2 fish blast the surface though. This was probably my last c-lake adventure for a few days while I switch my focus back to mendo and that elusive striped creature.

Nice Bass Terry any word on how Blue Lakes has been fishing?

 I havnt heard and havnt been very faithful to that place lately. I may stop off there on my way to mendo this next week.
