Kiet’s operation: DONE!!!

Kiet has received his new lungs…Ryan says all is well and we need to keep a close watch on him.
   Gratitude and prayers for the families that made this possible for Kiet. And to Ryan, who spent all day at the hospital…a difficult and stressful effort. Thank you Ryan!

Never met him but continued prayer for the acceptance of these new lungs.  Kinda mind blown that this can even happen...

 I have kept updated on another site.

I met a person who had a double lung implant, about 7 years ago. He was a few months into his rehab. Was walking around but still struggling with deep breathing.

I would imagine the process is so much more advanced now but rehab either way is dedication.
