As a reminder that its not just getting to 50 fathoms. It is fishing seward of the 50 fathom RCA (Rockfish Conservation Area) boundary line. I have attached the maps of the line below as they are difficult to find.

From this post: http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=99786.msg1117795#msg1117795 I have been viewing the 50fa line on the google maps link that was given:
https://tinyurl.com/MPAand50FMRCA

I took that data and imported it to my fish finder and now I have it on there as well, showing the MLPA zones and the 50FA line, I posted about it here and can provide it to anyone that would like it:  http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=100854.msg1129855#msg1129855

Here are the coordinates https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-50/chapter-VI/part-660/subpart-C/section-660.72
There is a option to output for Devleoper Tools, that can provide an XML output of the data: https://www.ecfr.gov/api/versioner/v1/full/2023-08-22/title-50.xml?part=660&section=660.72&subpart=C. That data is essentially what I used to import into my Lowrance by saving that to a SD card and importing into my FF.

After getting in touch with the right people at CDFW I was told that this http://www.wildlife.ca.gov/oceanSportfishMap will be updated by the 1st. It is interactive and should show all details of not only the 50 RCA line but also the regulations and where you are in accordance with the map

Some instructions I found: https://help.gaiagps.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003639048-Import-GPX-and-KML-files-into-the-iOS-app

The file at this link is what you need to import as a KML file.  If this is for your phone, the challange is getting the data on your phone to import it.  The contents of this link saved as something like 50fa.kml should be importable to your gps: https://www.ecfr.gov/api/versioner/v1/full/2023-08-22/title-50.xml?part=660&section=660.72&subpart=C

but, I also just remembered you can export the data from the google map link as well and that may be very easy to get with your phone via browser. Go to https://tinyurl.com/MPAand50FMRCA and see the red bar that says: MPAs and 50 Fathom RCA Line and see the three dots ... to the right of the magnifying glass, click there and then select Download KML, click the option: Export as KML instead of KMZ. Does not support all icons., and the file it downloads is what you can import into your GPS or your Fish finder.
