ALBION OPEN 2023 SEPT 16 (Cancelled)

We are happy to formally announce Albion Open 2023 will be on Sept 16 at the Albion River Campground. We apologize for the delay we were having technical difficulties with the website. Everything is updated now and ready for sign ups. For tickets and all information regarding this years event please visit https://www.albionopen.com/ We are looking forward to another great tournament with family and friends. Pitbull tackle has generously volunteered to be our main sponsor again this year. Thanks to all our contestants and sponsors we raised another $3000 for Coastside Fishing Club and plan to raise more this year.

The campground is well aware of the event and its schedule.

Soooo, just got off phone to Albion (8:30 am on Tuesday aug 8 2023 )) to reserve a site and they  (new manager)  Said there is NO EVENT and they That Mr White the organizer needs to contact them. He said there is NO EVENT THIS YEAR!?!?!?!

just relaying what i was told this morning in non mistakable verbiage. Not trying for drama. just seems to be a thing this year hope to be able to attend but i was not even allowed to get a site when i mentioned open tourney. "not the kind of campers we're looking for" is what he said to me... sorry Hojo, drama is real sometimes...

I just got off the phone with Dennis the new campground manager who took over after I had scheduled the event. He was unaware of the event of than “horror story’s” but I’ll have an update tomorrow.

Had reservations for several months, but decided to cancel them.   For the three days I had paid in advance, for $220, the charged $76.50 to cancel.
