Hobie Bungie/Shock cord Hook Resuable?

Looking to replace tankwell bungie/shock cord on my hobie.  Does anyone know if the shock cord hook is reusable? Or is it better to buy new.

The hook looks like still reusable to me.

Yes just get a sharp pick and pick the bungee out or use a needle nose plier.

you can make some wiggle room by pushing the longer line in, the short end will pop out after that.
