Hey! Stoked to be joining and participating in the forums rather than just lurking. I grew up on the beaches of Trinidad California, fishing for red tail and rockfish mostly. I moved down to Santa Barbara for college and ended up staying for years after; this is where I got lost in the sauce of a 9 year relentless land based ghost and butt patrol. The flatties were plentiful but despite years of trying, I only ended up with one legal WSB. I left during the pandemic and was in Hawaii up until just recently where most of my time was spent whipping and shorejigging for trevally.

But now I'm in the process of moving back home to the north coast (Sebastopol) and will finally have some space for my first fishing kayak! Looking forward to getting to know the folks here and learn the ropes of kayak angling!
