Where can I go to find the new regulations for this years fishing zones. Don’t want to fish in a zone where I shouldn’t be. Stupid is not a good excus.

zones don't change each year as far as I know. ca fish and game site is a good start https://wildlife.ca.gov/Fishing/Ocean/Regulations/Fishing-Map

I also use whale alert app for the marine sanctuaries while on the water
