Visiting my daughter for the next 2 weeks. Her house is located on a hill near Skyline Drive, above San Bruno.
Fishing from my PA14, but no electric motor.

Due to senior age, don't want to have to go too far out.
Kicking along, tiring easier now, will probably add NK180 motor by fall.

I know of Oyster Point launch but are there other kayak specific launches near the area?

I believe Coyote Point is nearby. I've never fished there, but have always wanted to after reading this report...

Oyster Point is likely where you want to go as everyone has been fishing out there for Halibut. There's a kayak/windsurf launch and a boat launch, but with a PA14 boat launch is your best bet. You park in the dirt lot on the left of the launch and if your lucky, the walk is maybe a 100 yards on a reasonably busy day. https://goo.gl/maps/taWwz9a5rViA11N2A. Wind generally picks up there in the afternoon, so you general fish days are usually in the AMs.

Coyote Point maybe possible, but the park is closed during the week because of some storm related damage, last time I was there 4 days ago I was going to fish from shore, but the park ranger guys said the park was closed, but technically the Marina may still be accessible?
