Went down to bean, just too cold and blustery for me, didnt want to battle the wind... so on my way back, this looked like glass. Had a few big take-downs that got off. TONS of bait n birds. Guy in a pb landed a big flattie.

glad you found some taco fixins Ben!   Missed you out there today man.  Mahalo for the radio call!   I really hope the salmon heats up one more time before the end of the year.  Lookin doubtful tho.   Hope to see ya out there again, somewhere!  J is right, fishin hard, hardly catchin, least it made up for yesterday's hiccups.  I will be trying south of PP - need more fish for the winter!

Ditto that.  I guess you better hit it pretty slack or its "hello farallons!"

Its one of the biggest volume of tides in the world right there for sure, almost 300 fd, but there's also a huge protected area, with structure and flats from 15 to 100 fd. You can do a mile long drift on it.
We did a big hookup last year, a dozen yaks or something and someone nailed a 16 lb ling.
Not much of a view though...

Lots of tourists. And I went out less than a mile. A group of sea-kayakers went to PT Bonito and back no sweat.
