Slay em today, boys! Looking forward to seeing some pictures so I can live vicariously. Showed up at Alameda yesterday and the conditions did not look good. White caps at the boat ramp.

Not a bite for me today. Trolled out to where Mr. X marked the spot went back and forth there a few time and then trolled to the sail boat. Used herring while trolling. Once a got around the sailboat I drifted a swim bait back to the launch.

Seemed quiet on the radio, and the few kayakers I spoke with had one, or none. No wind until noon, and then it was 2-3mph.

Fished 7am to midday today. Caught a shaker, then a 26” (my first keeper :smt003). Not too many others out. Maybe 8-12 kayaks, and a few boats. Heard a couple of other catches on the radio, and some guys fishing off the wall got a couple of nice fish too. But seemed quiet otherwise.

Well Guys, did not have the best luck this last Satureday, got a couple of nibbles, spit out the berkley before I could set the hook, oh well. I am going to try again this Saturday, will use live bait this time. I went to Marin Rod and Gun club on Sunday, caught some stripers, both to small, threw them back, little Mi MI caught two keepers, lucky girl, talk soon, Ron.
