I found the motherload today!
Here is a link to the CSU Monterey Bay Seafloor Mapping website. There is a gallery of downloadable maps. The maps aren't just of Monterey Bay either, they range from Pt Arena to La Jolla and beyond! Very cool stuff. This could be a great resource if used wisely.

Hey PK that's cool stuff. I love these kind of maps and data. Look at the undersea canyon called mendocino escarpment off of cape mendocino. It's the largest undersea feature on this side of the western hemisphere.
