The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan

I'll abide by social distancing because I believe it works, though I hate it.

That's about it. I want to be able to go to the beach and fish, while being socially conscious and distancing from others. I'd like to be able to park at a trailhead and head out into a park without fear of a $1000 ticket.

I heard they lifted restrictions for Santa Cruz

Is that correct?

Yeah, there's still some confusion on parking restrictions as it will depend on the location.
The extreme closure was only to keep the Easter break kooks out.
