One more update:
My my dad's buddy just called and asked me to pick up some salmon.  He got them this am off the old B bouy.  About a 6 mile paddle from Moss, between Mulligan and the old Sand plant.

All fish were under 10lbs.  Started fishing at 5:45 and it was slow until they found them.  Then it went pretty fast and were done by 7:30.

I asked about the S. side of the canyone or anywhere 3 miles out but he didn't know about any reports.

Good Luck,
Stuart

Looks like BlueKayak was out there 5 to 8 miles, but perhaps with no luck...
