Getting ready to place on craigslist . Similar are going for about 3k. Refridge , stove, sink. would let go for 1500.00 before I post on craigs for 2,500.00 and start the haggling. If interested , drop me a pm and maybe we can work something out. I did some sealing on the roof . no water damage on roof but not a very appealing job. Reason I am willing to let go for cheap. No energy or time to re-do roof .
