With all the water receding, Liberty Island is still probably raging pretty good. I would advise checking it out, and considering the conditions. Probably still blown out. Be safe, be careful, and use your head.
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.

I'll be out Sunday in a PB checking the area out for Dino's! Gonna check my usual cache spots and if I don't mark anything worth dropping the pick on then move up near liberty.

So how were the conditions? Has the flow reduced?

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan

Flows are still high my buddy said. Good news is hardly any surface debris. I'll know on Sunday if the bottom is clear of debris.

Any word on the bite at the breach? I'm looking for LMB.

Didn't see any bass boats last week fishing around liberty. Even the striper bite was tough seeing boats moving from spot to spot. Don't know about the black bass bite but the fish should be on beds.
