I'm sitting in the parking lot  where it rained steady all day yesterday at Sierra At Tahoe ski resort, then dropped 1 inch of snow on the slop.  What a mess!  I won't tear up MY skis on this.

The snow pack is almost non existent.  Not good!

59,200 cfs flow Sacramento River in Red Bluff right now, normal this time of year is around 7000 cfs. River will crest later today. Some flooding expected.

A lot of black on the Steamflow Conditions map.

HOW'S THE RAIN !!!!

Woke to a loud noise last night. Figured I would just check it out in the morning. Open the patio door to let the dogs out and find this !

It actually worked out in my favor I guess .  I have been mentioning to my neighbor the last few years that the fence was way beyond in need of replacement. The neighbor just kept putting a band aid on it and saying they had no money.

This was the year that I had decided I was just going to push the fence over on one of the storms.  :smt005
Didn't need to . Mother nature helped me and also knocked over there tree that I didn't like . Now they have no choice.

Be safe all. I really would have not expected that tree to fall.

Wife reported that it was pretty hard constant rain all day at home in Felton.  our little creek is raging, can hear it from all over my property.  Still only about 1 foot deep, but bank to bank is about 12' across.

3.3 inches yesterday here in Napa, upwards of 6 inches on the surrounding hills. Not a particularly heavy rain, but constant all day yesterday. Creeks shot way up including the Napa River in Saint Helena which went up 14 feet, finally cresting just below flood stage yesterday night. Lots of flooded roads and debris slides in the hills. Definitely a good storm !

^^^^^

LOL.

I got nothing to do with that tree. All up to the insurance. Not dealing with that this close to Christmas. My wife has me doing enough things around here. Its infringing on my fishing gear organizing time.

Dam guys we don't worry about the wind till it's over 50 and the rain till it's been over 1-2 inches for 3+ days otherwise it's just Oregon's famous liquid sunshine or as I like to call it California mist.... cuz it usually just missed California. Stay safe

Looks like it was parked the wrong direction and the wind caught it broadside  unfortunately. Guessing no one was inside when it tumbled ? Hey Buddy ! We have earthquakes to deal with .   :smt001
