So me and LBSteve are just finishing up our crazy work season and are looking for some salt action.  We have normally stuck to pacific grove for the easy launch and decent rock fishing but feel it might be time to try some place different. Any recommendations this time of year? i know we will try to fish next week or weekend depending on when our plant shuts down for the year.

Any and all advice welcome!
Thanks!

don't know how you guys do it!! at least its over and now back to some fishing. HMB have been doing good with RF and lingcod. With a little chance of salmon.

The launch is really easy and parking is free. If I'm free that weekend, I'll join you guys.

Check out the fishing reports to get an idea of what's biting, get out there, and slay some fish!

Cool. I work for a contractor and used to do a lot of work down there. Do you guys work at the #1 or #2 plant. I worked down there last probably 5 years ago but I think our company Russell mech. Was down there just last week at #2? Whichever one is further west

Dude small world! Plant 2, yeah Russell mech was here last week and week before. You guys were welding in some 4" SS tubing for a last minute Project. Next time your at plant 2 ask for Stephen B,it would be great to put a name to a face!

Yeah that's the place! I don't know if Richie Gnomes still works there but if he does tell him Honky Tonk from Russell said hi. Maybe this will be the year I finally make it down to duck hunt with him.

Honkey Tonk, your scooter? I remember you. We gotta go fishing some time. If you can fish as well as you can weld, I could use some lessons!
