Lots of folks in Sunnyvale to Gilroy area, so I thought I post this.

Santa Clara County Parks still have two Moonlight Paddle dates left for 2016.  Free to participate, but you have to pay $6 to enter, $4 for vessel inspection, the usual safety gear, and 2 glowsticks (you can get them in Home Depot for minimal cost).  Non-fishing excursion and no alcohol.  If anybody is going to be there for any of the event below, see you there, I'll be in a yellow Santa Cruz Raptor G2.  Probably going to be there early to fish first  :smt001

Anderson Lake Reservoir (Morgan Hill) - Tuesday, August 16, 7:30pm to 10:00pm

Calero (San Jose) - Thursday, September 15, 6:45pm to 9:15pm

Probably a mild event for most NCKA-ers, but hey, you get to get out.  See attached brochure.

LOL .... agreed.

Might be of interest for new comers and/or first time dark fishing under fairly flat condition.  I may bring my 3 years old with me if she is up for it.
