I haven't got shit yet but I've only checked for gratin, santa rosa, san fransisco, mill valley, pnt richmond atlanta, Ft Lauderdale, rockville, poolsville, darns town, Moorhead city, charlston stamford, wash dc, stow and charlotte. Got a few more to check...

FYI, the only information required is a last name.  Last name, first initial cuts it down a lot, then you can scroll by city. At least in CA.

Found this old gem again....
A) Just searched my mother-in-laws maiden name.
B) Found 2 "cousins"... Whose "Inheritance" are Worth more than $20,000 combined.
C) both young boys (and their little sister has nothing to claim)
D)  the aunt and uncle are kinda.... "Mean" and very selfish parents.

Do I let the family know?
Or do I just wait until the kids find out when they turn 18 (about 10 years from now)
Common sense is not common.

I checked other states, and was directed by Nevada to use missingmoney.com to search. I found three pages of stuff for Cody involving medical bill over payment in2003/4 when he was Iin Childrens Primary in SLC with E.coli and HUS. Sending me a ton of documents to fill out, but tough calculation.... about a hundred bucks! That is a couple tanks of gas baby!

So I am showing this to people here at work. a few small amounts here and there . One of my friends is dragging his heals about trying. I convince him. Several people with same last and first name. we find one with address he lived at, opened it up... BAMM   says he is owed 800.00 dollars .  See what happens.

I ran my parents,  mom has a J.C. Pennet credit of 6.11-here is my dilemma. .. Dad, is anti anything you have to give info to. Mom, is the polar opposite. So, do I ruin 55 years of marriage, by telling mom? She is italian, cannot keep quiet about anything, she will tell dad. Dad, dies after waiting for dial up connection,  to verify nobody has stole his 401k. Too much for his old ticker I am afraid. So, I withhold the truth, and pretend like nothing happened, and no lives were at stake.  I feel like Hillary now...

For $6.11 it's not worth it.... Unless dad needs a pack of smokes. I've spent hours last night searching Facebook "friends". A LOT of people had $20 and under... Some as low as $0.11. (Credit of sorts).
It was not worth it (for me) to deal with small catch-up talk just to try and convince them claiming a few bucks.

However.....if it's worth a chance of them buying me a few beers because of the money I showed them... I sent them an email.   I figure I might get a drunk'n dinght for one night of not being able to sleep.
Common sense is not common.
