It didn't happen.

 Ok here are some shots of the carnage.  The last shot  shows an opening in the redwood duff, that opening is where the oak tree on the house used to live. It was ripped out and flung onto the house 20+ feet away!
  More to follow, I need to do some work now.

 A few more pictures of the damage.  The branch resting against the chimney is what did in the skylight.  Impact marks can be seen at the bottom and on the left side. The log matches perfectly to the impact marks.
  Picture 2352 is the actual top of the tree that fell!
