Just got my Feelfree 11.5 on the water, doing research on how to trick it out a bit.

Fish mostly for bass but have also gone after other fresh water species, flat or moving water.  I've been an ocean kayaker for years but haven't fished while doing it.

Cheers y'all.

howdy....fellow pruntuckian too.  i noticed your pic said umpqua, do you have some experience fishing OR rivers?  i've ridden the north umpqua trail on my mountain bike before from lemolo lake back to toketee lake on the dread and terror section of the trail.  looking for more info about OR kayak fishing since we usually vacation up there in the summers.

cheers, maybe we'll see you at safeway!  been drivin a black nissan titan lately.

Firstly, Welcome!

Secondly: what the heck, SC/SWS/Monterey folks are taking over the forum! Us Northerners are going to have to go on a recruitment drive. Perhaps we can hire John Snow to build a wall of ice along 101 to keep you guys in check. And make you pay for it!  :smt044

Welcome, great to have another from Prunedale. I've seen folks kayaking on the ocean without a  fishing pole, I always figured they just forgot it.
