True, but beggars can't be choosers...    And it would seem to fit the bill of under 50lbs and under $350.
But at your size, I would also recommend the Scrambler XT; lightweight and paddles decently. I've owned a few and my main complaint was my butt barely fit the seat area.

There are some very nice inflatable kayaks out there.  Look at the Sea Eagle Fasttrack as an example.  www.seaeagle.com  I plan to get the 15 foot 465 Fasttrack. so that I can do spontaneous kayaking with the family.  Can seat 3 paddlers, you can mount a motor to it, and you can fish from it.
