My Portuguese friends use an old fridge as a smoker for their liguisa & other assorted foods of goodness

Some of you guys have met him at the fish cleaning table at Shelter Cove the past couple years....dubbed him "Fish Collar" 

I see his wife makes him cook outside as well. She must know my wife..

I think you need the old fridges that have the handle latch. We had an old Servell I gave to a frien problem it works very good and holds the cold much better than the new gas fridges. It was built in 1947 ans takes 4 people to move it. My uncle had one he commercial smoked Blue back in it. ( that is Kokanee to most people )
